We started the company in 2018 to bridge the gap between you and your paving contractor. Helping you get exactly what you paid for without the hassles, headaches and heart breaks that often occur when contracting for work that’s traditionally done very infrequently. We’re your paving expert on the job.

While we’ve been blessed to do work for companies like Fed-Ex, SAIA, Procter & Gamble and many more Fortune 500 companies, we’re rooted here in Cincinnati and enjoy serving businesses of all sizes.

Eddie’s first love growing up in Sharonville, Ohio was riding his father’s tractor, cutting grass, tilling earth, and fixing and maintaining his construction equipment. After graduating from Anderson High School in 1991, Eddie joined the U.S. Navy as a Seabee (a construction battalion of the Civil Engineer Corps). Eddie served as an equipment operator for 7 years, building roads and bridges all over the United States.

After an honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy Eddie returned to Cincinnati, OH to work for a local builder rough framing houses. After 5 additional years in the construction trade, Eddie took a supervisory position responsible for the planning and execution of office furniture updates, addressing the needs of both modular and custom furniture clients. After 10 years of managing office furniture installations, Eddie started his first business, a residential construction company. Using his skills from the U.S. Navy as a Seabee and framing homes to provide his clients with everything from roofing to driveways (concrete as well as asphalt), minor repairs to major home building and rehabilitation or remodeling services.

PavementPM specializes in the on-site management of your paving project, providing all the up-front planning and back-end evaluation and reporting to ensure not only an effective outcome, but also ensure your assets achieves its maximum useful life.
